Refund Policy

Failed designs

If a design fails to generate, the credits for that design are automatically refunded to your account.

Deposits

Deposits are generally not refundable once credits have been used. If you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, contact us within 14 days with your transaction ID.

Unused credits

Refund requests for unused credits bought within the last 7 days are reviewed case by case. Free trial and bonus credits are not refundable.
