By using Khmer AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

3. Credits

Credits are used to create designs and captions. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Khmer AI to create illegal, misleading or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, including trademarks and images that do not belong to you.

5. Ownership of designs

You may use the designs you create for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking text and information before publishing.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI output is always free of mistakes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
